These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bw333 ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the bw333 website and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and features made available through the platform. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the bw333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed the registration process. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and may not be claimed more than once.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bw333 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, including under different names or using different contact details, with the intent to circumvent account limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Any form of collusion with other players, including sharing account access, coordinating bets to guarantee a profit, or engaging in chip-dumping in live casino games.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bw333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or device damage, even if bw333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bw333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bw333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account registration conditions, or the prohibited conduct rules.
• bw333 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a competent authority has issued an exclusion or restriction order covering the player's account.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances will not be returned where termination results from breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bw333 operates. bw333 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any player complaint or dispute informally through its support team before any formal dispute resolution procedure is invoked.
